Once you have received your information packet and read through it, you will need to schedule an appointment to meet with our principal, Ryan Clymer.

Before and After School Rates
K-5 students
- $5.00 per hour, billed at 15 minute increments; during the hours of 6:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m. and 12 noon-5:30 p.m.
1st - 6th grade
- $5.00 per hour, billed at 15 minute increments; during the hours of 6:30 a.m.-8:00 a.m. and 3:05 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

- 0-4 hours - $30.00/day
- 4-7 hours - $35.00/day
- 7-11 hours - $40.00/day
Babies 3-4 Years
- 0-4 hours - $25.00/day

Weekly Rates
- Babies 0-18 months - $165.00/week
- Toddlers 18 months through K2 - $148.00/week
- K3 & K4 - $138.00/week
- A second child will receive a discount of $10.00 on these rates
Yearly Supply Fee
- (Infant to K4) - $115.00/per child
Financial Policy
FCA is partnering with FACTS Management Company to collect and manage tuition/fees. Facts is an automated payment system where parents preauthorize their bank to automatically transfer funds to the school. Parents may choose either the 5th or the 20th of the month for payment on the twelve month payment plan of twelve equal installments from July to June.
All tuitions/fees must be paid by one of three options:
1. Pay 100% of the tuition directly to FCA in cash, check, or money order by 8/1/2009 and receive a three percent tuition discount.
2. Pay 50% of tuition on 8/1/2009 and the remaining 50% balance on 1/29/2010.
3. Make 12 monthly installments starting in July via Facts, on one's checking or savings account. The yearly fee of $41 charged by FACTS for this monthly payment program will be paid this year by FCA.

FCA is a non-profit, church sponsored organization. Because we do not accept government funding, We must require tuition and various fees to cover the cost of operation. A twelve-month payment plan offers twelve equal installments from July through June.
