Athletics is one tool that we use to develop young people for Christ. Our pastor, Paul Auckland, has said that athletics place a young person in character-building situations without life or death consequences. We believe athletics are a balanced part of our program. Guidelines and eligibility requirements must be met for participation.
A full athletic program has been designed for junior high and senior high school students. Each secondary team participates in a full schedule against conference teams including other private and public schools. Our schools mascot is the lion, and our school colors are burgundy and white.

Coaches
Men's Soccer
Ryan Clymer is entering his fifth season as soccer coach. He is a graduate of Tennessee Temple University where he started for four years, earning All-South Region honors his senior year. He was a student assistant for one year before graduating. After graduating he went on to coach in Dallas, Texas, for four years. He was named district coach of the year two years and led his team to back-to-back (Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools) state games where they finished as the state runner-up. While in Dallas, he compiled a record of 62-27-12. Since returning to his alma mater, Ryan has led the Lions to four PIAA appearances in his first four seasons.
Last season, the Lions reached the district play-offs and advanced for the district semi-finals for the third straight year. The learning curve is now over, and the play-offs are expected. With all but two starters returning and a strong core of young players, the Lions are looking to take the next step and win a district title. The '09 campaign is already being anticipated by players, coaches and fans. With a facility that would rival any other and a team focused on making school history, the future is bright for the Lions Futbol Club. (Record while at Faith 67-11-3)
Women's soccer
Jen Totaro is entering her second season as the Lady Lions head coach. Jen is a graduate of Faith Christian Academy. She played her college soccer at Northland Baptist Bible College where she started for four years as their center mid fielder. She recieved 2nd team honors at the NCCAA National Tournament.
In her first campaign (12-5-2), she guided the Lions to their first ever district play-off appearance and a league championship. As coach Totaro's energy meshes with her young talent, the future just keeps getting brighter for our program.
